Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made on DivorceParentingSchedule.com and describes the refund terms for each plan. Please read it before completing checkout.
Solo plan (one-time purchase)
The Solo plan is a one-time purchase that gives you ongoing access to your parenting-plan document. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at hello@divorceparentingschedule.com within the refund period stated at checkout. Refund eligibility and any applicable time limits are displayed during the checkout flow and govern your purchase.
Professional plan (subscription)
The Professional plan is a subscription, available with either monthly or annual billing. It requires an initial commitment of three (3) months from the start of the subscription.
With monthly billing, you are charged each month and are billed for a minimum of three monthly cycles. With annual billing, you pay for twelve months in advance, which meets and exceeds the three-month minimum commitment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@divorceparentingschedule.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not waive the remaining portion of the three-month minimum commitment already in effect. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a minimum-commitment period, or of a prepaid annual term, already billed — except where required by applicable law.
After the initial three-month minimum (monthly billing) or the current paid term (annual billing), the subscription renews automatically — monthly or annually, matching your billing choice — and may be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the current billing cycle.
